Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the utvdude.com website operated by DSUTV LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

PURCHASES & CANCELLATIONS

Payments: You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided. We may use third-party services to facilitate payments subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Cancellations: Orders are processed electronically within 30 minutes. Cancellation requests made after 30 minutes from order submission cannot be guaranteed.

Refused Packages: Orders refused without prior authorization from UTVDUDE will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Errors: We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

ACCOUNTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Accounts: By creating an account, you guarantee you are above 18 and that your information is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our discretion.

Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of UTVDUDE. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

PRODUCT LIABILITY & WARRANTY

Fitment: Our products are designed for stock conditions. Modifying factory or aftermarket parts voids any warranty. Aftermarket parts change the ride of your machine and may increase wear. UTVDUDE is not responsible for damages, loss of time, labor fees, or freight charges resulting from the use of our products.

Safety: Operating off-road machinery after consuming alcohol or drugs increases the risk of injury or death. Always wear a helmet and appropriate gear.

Limited Warranty: We warrant that products conform to their website descriptions. No other warranties are offered. We do not warrant failures due to: improper installation, lack of maintenance, misuse, racing, collisions, or use with non-OEM components. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. UTVDUDE and DSUTV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
