Why Upgrade to Billet Tie Rods?
Tie rods connect your steering rack to your front wheels. When they bend or fail you lose steering — on the trail that means a wrecked day at minimum and a rollover risk at worst. Stock tie rods are built to a price point and will flex or snap under hard hits, bigger tires, or repeated abuse in rough terrain. Billet replacements are CNC-machined from solid aluminum with heavy duty heim joints — no flex, no weak points, and significantly more material where the stock unit is thinnest. If you're running your RZR or X3 hard, this is one of the first suspension upgrades worth doing.
