Available in popular sizes like 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" with left-hand and right-hand threads, plus matching misalignment spacers for proper articulation and mounting width.
Chromoly Heim Joints & Misalignment Spacers
4130 chromoly heim joints in 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 7/8" sizes, available in left and right hand thread. Used for building adjustable suspension links, radius rods, tie rods, sway bar links, control arms, and steering components on UTVs, ATVs, sand rails, rock crawlers, and other off-road vehicles.
Choosing the Right Size
1/2" — lighter duty links, smaller diameter tubing builds.
5/8" — mid-range suspension links, common in UTV and ATV fab.
3/4" — heavy duty links, larger diameter tubing, high-load applications.
7/8" — maximum strength applications, large diameter tube builds.
Misalignment Spacers
High misalignment spacers allow heim joints to articulate beyond their standard range and bring the joint to the correct width for your mounting tabs. Available in sizes to match each heim joint. If you're building a complete link, pick up spacers at the same time — they're easy to overlook and will hold up your build if you don't have them.
