Wheel Spacers for UTVs, Trucks, Jeeps and SUVs

CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum wheel spacers from 50 Caliber Racing, in bolt patterns for side-by-sides, pickups, Jeeps and SUVs. A spacer bolts to your hub and moves the wheel outward, which widens the stance and gives the tire and brakes more room.

What a Wheel Spacer Does

Wider stance: more track width for better stability in corners and on off-camber ground.

Tire and brake clearance: room for larger or wider tires, and for wheels that sit too close to the brake calipers or suspension.

Wheel fitment: corrects the offset when aftermarket wheels sit too far inboard.

How They Are Built

Material: 6061 billet aluminum, precision CNC milled.

Studs: heat-treated steel studs, pressed in and ready to mount the wheel.

Hardware: lug nuts for mounting the wheel to the spacer are included.

Thickness: 1 inch to 2 inches, depending on the bolt pattern.

Sets: sold as a set of four, enough for both axles.

Warranty: lifetime warranty.

Before You Order

Measure first: match both the bolt pattern and the stud thread to your vehicle. Some models used more than one lug size in the same years.

Lug nuts for the hub: on the truck, Jeep and SUV spacers you need one set of open-end tapered lug nuts to bolt the spacer to the vehicle. These are not included, and most factory lug nuts will not work.

Wheel type: the truck, Jeep and SUV spacers are lug centric, made for wheels with tapered lug seats, and are not for hub-centric wheels.

Existing studs: if your factory studs stick out past the face of the spacer, they may need to be shortened.
