Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be authorized — please contact us here within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Installed, scratched, dirty, or fuel-contacted parts cannot be returned.
• Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus loss of outbound shipping.
• If a returned item is received damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise unsellable, a higher restocking fee may apply or the return may be refused.
• Refused deliveries without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to additional carrier charges and handling costs.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.
• Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement.
• Exchanges are allowed if the product is unused; buyer covers shipping both ways.
• Orders of 10 or more of the same item are considered resale and are not eligible for refunds (exchanges only, subject to availability).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is inspected (usually within 2–5 business days).
• If your bank or card issuer takes longer to post the credit, please contact them directly.
• If UTV Dude made an error, we cover all costs and issue a full refund.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• We ship fast — most orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted, especially during high-volume times.
• This includes adding promo codes/discounts after checkout.
• If the order has already shipped, you may return it under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
• Refused deliveries without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to additional carrier charges and handling costs.

Shipping Information

• Free shipping on most items to the lower 48 states.
• USPS shipments are free to all 50 states and U.S. territories.
• Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse.
• Typical delivery times:
  • West/Central U.S.: 2–4 business days
  • Eastern U.S.: 4–6 business days
• Tracking info is emailed after shipping (check spam/junk if missing).
• Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are backordered.
• International shipping is not included — contact us for a quote.
• UTV Dude is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please choose a secure delivery address.

Warranty & Disclaimer

• Products are designed to fit stock UTVs/ATVs. Mixing with other aftermarket parts may cause fitment issues.
• Aftermarket parts may affect performance, handling, or wear. Always ride responsibly with proper safety gear.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Not covered: improper installation, misuse, racing use, accidents, or acts of nature.
• By purchasing, you agree UTV Dude / DSUTV LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the product purchase price.

Privacy & Security

• We collect information necessary to process and ship your order and do not sell or share your personal data.
• Payments are handled securely by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We never store your card info.
