REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item we will take it back within 30 days from the date of your order as long as all items are in new, unused condition. If your item is visibly damaged, worn, used or installed, we will refuse the package and return your original item as-is. UTVDUDE is not responsible for and cannot accept returns that are damaged during return shipping. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee plus outbound shipping. Fill out this form and include it with the merchandise you mail back to us. That’s it! As soon as we get your product back in new condition with original packaging, your return is usually processed within the following 2-5 business days and a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending how your contact info is set up).

Return Shipping: If you ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, no longer need, changed your mind, or just want to return an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by UTVDUDE, please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.

Exchanges: You will be responsible for shipping both ways. Any price differences will be refunded back to the original payment method used and if there is any balance due, it will need to be paid before any additional product will be shipped. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Canceling your order: We pride ourselves on some of the fastest shipping times in our industry, so many times we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. After you receive your order, you can return for a refund/exchange per our exchange policy.

Refunds: If you select a refund, you will be issued a credit back to the original payment method, after your return is received and inspected.

Exemptions: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products that have been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, have been in contact or contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, and any product that has been worn or otherwise used, cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after order date.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: IF YOU PURCHASE 10 OR MORE OF ANY 1 ITEM, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS, AS YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A RE-SELLER. THIS INCLUDES MULTIPLE ORDERS TO SAME PERSON. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ORDER 3 ON 1 ORDER AND ANOTHER 5 IN ANOTHER ORDER, THAT'S A TOTAL OF 8 TO 1 PERSON AND THE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR RETURN. YOU CAN STILL EXCHANGE THESE ITEMS (BASED ON AVAILABILITY), BUT NO REFUNDS.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
